Russ Blakely & Associates was founded in 1984 with the goal of providing best-in-class benefit services to the clients of Chattanooga.
2017
In 2017, Trinity Benefit Advisors and Russ Blakely & Associates formed the largest independent benefits advisory firm in East Tennessee. Our company combines industry leading people, practices, and technology to deliver even greater value to our clients.
