Tara Ailey

Tara joined the RBA team in May 2022. She has worked in Human Resources for the past 14 years in administration and then benefits, where for the last 9 years she was a Benefit Analyst. At RBA, she will be supporting Benefit Consultants in servicing clients to continue our positive partnerships. She also looks forward to continued growth and development of her employee benefits knowledge and skills.

Tara and her husband Mike have lived in the Chattanooga area for over 30 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting and party planning
