Client Experience Leader
In 2019, Sherri joined the BKS team. With over two decades of experience as a Client Manager and Sr. Client Manager Sherri now serves as the Client Experience Leader for the Chattanooga, TN team. She oversees hiring, onboarding, and staffing, working closely with both the business development and EBG leadership teams to create efficient workflows and allocate resources effectively. She also guides the Client Experience team, coordinating performance, assisting in career development, and fostering key relationships.
