Russ has 40 Years of experience in employee benefits. He is the founder of RBA and thought leader in the employee communication process.

Russ is a member of TASC, BCBS and United HealthCare Broker Council. He is the Past President of both Chattanooga National Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Russ was also a past Board Member for United Benefit Advisors.
