Michelle Johnson

Michelle was thrilled to join Russ Blakely & Associates in April of 2016. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry including 5 years with Russ Blakey & Associates, 15 years at Unum in National Accounts Underwriting, RFP Management & Marketing. She also has 6 years of experience at IBX helping brokerage firms from across the United States market the benefit plans of their clients.

Currently, Michelle works with clients on implementing new plans, renewing existing plans, managing daily service needs, managing enrollment meetings and providing support as an employee advocate working with a wide variety of employees and group administrators with quick resolutions and answers.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in General Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She and her husband have 4 children and a golden retriever. She is very active volunteering in the community, at Chattanooga Christian School and at Stuart Heights Baptist Church.
