Austin has 10+ years of experience in employee benefits – first on the carrier side, then as a group benefits advisor with emphasis on employee communications strategies. He joined RBA in 2013. In his current role as Partner, Austin is a Voluntary Benefit expert and handles the coordination of all Voluntary Benefit offerings.
