Sam Livingston

Sam joined Russ Blakely and Associates in 2023 as an Underwriter. Prior to joining the team, he was a medical underwriter for The Cigna Group. Sam's passion for learning and staying up to date with industry trends and developments allows him to better serve our clients' evolving needs.

Sam graduated in 2021 with a B.S. in Business Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. A Chattanoogan through and through, he loves exploring the outdoors and is a devoted fan of the Braves baseball team.
