In May 2017, Katherine joined our agency as Director of Client Services and Client Manager after working 15 years with a local employee benefits firm. Katherine has a versatile background in all funding arrangements, particularly self-insured plans, of various sizes. She specializes in translating client business visions into actionable strategies to help clients achieve their organization objectives. She has a long record of guiding employers through their financial options, helping them reach their goals and manage their overall risk. She works with clients to determine their budgets and assist in tracking their cost to determine next steps and strategies to achieve both short and long-term goals.
Her experience with financial tracking, marketing, HR and compliance assistance, and more, add great value to our team. Katherine works diligently to partner with clients developing and implementing various benefits, wellness programs, employee communications strategies and cost control strategies. With extensive experience in multi-state employers, she can assist in navigating the complex compliance requirements across state lines.

Katherine also plays an important role on our management team by using her industry knowledge to assist with our agency’s growth and training.
